How It Started
February 2025
Luis was sixteen and broke. Not dramatically broke — just young, ambitious, and done waiting for an opportunity to show up on its own. So he made one. He picked up supplies and started detailing cars in Coatesville, one driveway at a time.
It wasn't passion that started this. It was practical. He needed to make his own money, detailing was something he could do well, and he went and did it. Simple as that.
Then Something Shifted
A client saw their car for the first time after a full detail — and their face changed. That reaction, that genuine smile when someone sees their vehicle completely transformed, hit differently than any paycheck could.
Luis started seeing what Precision Details could actually become. Not just a hustle, but a real business with a real identity and a standard worth protecting. The more he got into the craft, the more he cared about it.
The vision grew. The work got sharper. And it stopped being about making money — it became about making people smile.
Where We Are Now
Precision Details has a professional website, a membership program, a maintenance plan structure, a referral system, and a real brand. None of that existed when Luis was doing his first detail in someone's driveway at sixteen.
But the core hasn't changed. We're still two guys who genuinely care about the work, about doing it right, and about that moment when a client walks out and sees their car.
We're building something real — a community of clients who trust us, a standard that represents what mobile detailing can actually look like when someone truly cares. Maybe a shop one day. More services. Whatever comes next gets built the same way this started: one car at a time, with everything we've got.
The People Behind It
Luis started this at sixteen. Not as a hobby — as a business. When he got his first client he didn't have a website, a Google business page, a membership program, or half of the elements that make up Precision Details today. As he grew, he built the website, the booking system, the membership program, and the service policies. The infrastructure came with time, but he came to realize that doing it right meant building it right — not fixing it later.
Tony is the one who shows up to your driveway. He's the face you see, the hands on your car, and the reason clients come back. Self-taught, detail-obsessed, and committed to doing the work the right way. He and Luis have known each other since they were kids. That history is part of why this works.
Two people. One standard. Every time.
What Makes Us Different
01
Tony is there. Every time.
We don't send a crew. We don't rotate employees. Tony handles every single job personally — the same hands on your car, every visit. You know exactly who's showing up and what to expect. That consistency is rare in this market. We treat it as non-negotiable.
02
We built a system, not just a service.
Most mobile detailers take a booking and show up. We built a membership program, a tiered client experience, a scheduling system, and a service record for every client. When you've been with us for six months, we know your car, your preferences, and your schedule. That's not standard. That's intentional.
03
We come to you — and that's the point.
No drop-off. No waiting room. No rearranging your day. We work around your schedule, at your location. A professional-grade detail at your driveway while you're already home is a better experience than driving to a shop on a Saturday morning.
04
We don't cut corners on what you can't see.
The products we use, the prep work before anything touches your paint, the dwell times, the multiple passes — none of that changes based on how busy the schedule is. The standard is the standard. Clients who've had bad experiences elsewhere feel the difference immediately.
05
Loyal clients get treated like it.
The people who keep coming back don't pay the same price, wait in the same queue, or get the same experience as someone who found us yesterday. Loyalty earns real benefits — a membership card, better rates, priority scheduling, and service that reflects how long you've been with us.
06
We're building something, not just working.
Luis started this at sixteen. Tony has put his name and his hands on every job since day one. This isn't a side hustle running until something better comes along. It's a business being built with a long-term standard in mind. That difference — between someone showing up and someone invested — you feel in the work.
"Your Car, Our Care."
Not a tagline. A standard we show up to at every single appointment.
