Physical cards for Reserve and Sovereign have not been issued yet, and will not be until 2027. Prime is a digital badge and is issued now. Your tier and every benefit that comes with it are active either way.

Entry Membership
The starting point. Book your first appointment and complete your detail — you're in. Prime members receive their digital membership badge at the end of their first completed detail, along with early access to openings and an exclusive add-on discount.
How to Earn It
After your first detail, you're officially in. Your Prime badge is sent to you directly.
